改革中的”内轮差效应”是什么鬼?

“内轮差效应”(Differential Trajectory between Front and Rear Wheels)指车辆转弯时(making a sharp turn)内前轮转弯半径与内后轮转弯半径之差。在行车中如果只注意前轮能够通过而忘记内轮差,就可能造成后内轮驶出路面或与其他物体碰撞的事故。

所谓改革的”内轮差效应”就是指经济改革与社会改革不同步( the unbalanced progress of economic and social reform in China),社会改革滞后于经济改革。中国在经济转型中,改革主要集中在经济领域(radical reform is being enacted in the economic sector),经济改革前轮转弯较急,转弯半径较小(making a sharp turn with a small radius),社会改革后轮在一定程度上被忽视(insufficient attention has been given to the trajectory of the “rear wheels” of social reform)。

目前中国正在全力实施”四个全面”(Four-Pronged Strategy)战略布局,改革的”内轮差效应”有望从根本上得到解决。
